Strategic location, spacious unit

1. Pipe leaking and wasn't repaired at the master bedroom toilet. The shower head also uncomfortable and inconsistent water supply. 2. The master bedroom mattress is TOO OLD AND SMELLY. We sleep in uneven posture. 3. We have to open the main pipe and main switch by ourselves for water and electricity supply upon check in 4. We must switch off the main switch and close the main pipe upon checkout. We are also require to throw rubbish at the lift lobby by ourselves 5. We are advised not to switch ON all air conditioner units at a time to avoid "cable melting". The owner then should upgrade their DB Box to ensure sufficient electricity supply. Even though most of the above requirements have been informed earlier by the host (upon booking confirmation - payment made), I believe the owner or host should pay more attention to the above issue to guarantee customer retention. The good and strategic location with the spacious unit can't be wasted.
