Clean. Ideal location. Great value. Everything we needed. Hosts were fantastic

Everything we needed for a weekend break.Clean, comfortable, quiet and the owners had gone the extra mile and taken care of milk, bread etc.

Only minor comment on that was the shower only offered fine spray so it took a while to rinse hair free of shampoo, but, for a weekend, hardly a dealbreaker. It really was excellent value for money for my family grouo of 4. 2 Adults and 2 children under 13 but both adult size.

Lovely little apartment adjacent to owners property but completely private. Hosts are delightful and thoughtful.

Toilet and shower area are quite small if you are a larger person.

Great apartment with good space to sleep 3 if us in Kingskerswell. Julia was a lovely host and supplied amenities too

Very warm and cosy apartment for a small family of four. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the little extras and my kids were in love with the place.

A friendly welcome on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Lots of extras waiting for us, very nice after such a long journey. First time I've actually slept when away from home. The bed was super comfy.

Main bedroom was the thoroughfare from the entrance/conservatory/dining area to the rest of the apartment and only a curtain between bedroom and the rest of the apartment. Absolutely fine if just a couple of a couple and child but a bit strange for a group of friends.
