Unbelievable. Keen to stay here again

Pool and garage were good. Well laid out apartment

Insufficient blackout curtains in the bedrooms, lights on all night outside the windows. Floor had not been washed and was very dusty. Chairs on the balcony were too big to fit around the table.

The location was wonderful, and pool-side setting beautiful.

The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work which meant everything was constantly wet. We had to roll up a towel and lay it along the bench as water dripped everywhere. The bathroom was dirty (I took photos as it was that bad) and our feet filthy. The outside drying rack was broken so the only way to dry things was by laying it on the ground or leaning it against a chair. Some of the kitchen goods need replacing - bowls cracked right through, and pool towels need upgrading.

Amazing location! A short walk into town and the pool was great! The food and staff are kokos restaurant was fantastic! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Limited day beds because people grab them early in the day and not much room on the sand to lay down.

Good location, facilities of the resort were good - particularly the pool area. Full kitchen with ample plates and cutlery etc but couldn’t seem to get grill function to work

We stayed in the two bedroom unit at peppers (unit 230). Unfortunately it was let down by being dirty. It was clear that the floor hadn’t been mopped let alone swept on arrival (possibly a long time judging by the colour of the water after mopping) and our feet became so filthy I had to sweep and mop the floors, not really what you feel like doing on Day 1 of your holiday. Killed multiple large cockroaches during our stay, thankfully they provided some moretein. The beds were uncomfortable and weirdly only made up with a sheet. We had to search in the cupboards for blankets which also felt dirty (dried stains etc) so wasn’t a nice experience. There was no lights on the ceiling just bedside lamps so was very dim. No way to block out light from shining in after the sun came up so not great for people with babies. All in all, for the price paid I expected more. I wouldn’t stay again, next time would stay directly with peppers.

I loved the set up of the pool area and everything was easy to navigate.

There was a terrible wet musty smell, which apparently was getting looked at, but very hard to try and sleep with the smell.
