Seascape Holidays at The Beach Club

The actual Peppers Resort is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The pool is great and not very busy. Food at the restaurant was superb. Would definitely recommend booking direct with Peppers

We would definitely come back and stay at Peppers in a hotel room but not through a private apartment like Seascapes. When we entered the hotel room it was very dirty, dust everywhere, marks and stains on the walls, and it stunk of bleach. Overall the room needs a serious update. When we told Seascapes they sent a cleaner back but they didn’t too much. As there is a beach pool at the hotel, the room should be cleaned/made-up at least every two days, they only do this if you are staying more than 10 days which is totally ridiculous as you are constantly living in sand. Also they only gave us two full size towels for our 4 night stay. For the amount we paid, we wish we just booked directly with Peppers as they would clean your room everyday and the rooms are modern and clean.

Being in the Beach Club is great. The room had a great view over the pool.

The room was not clean. Our 9 month old was dirty within minutes of crawling on the floor shortly after we arrived. The bedrooms were dusty. Some lights didn’t even work, like the main light in the main bedroom. If the room had been clean we would have rated higher. For the amount paid for 3 nights we expected a clean apartment.

Great location

Main bedroom smelled of mould. Bathroom door lock was broken. Had a bad problem with both ants and cockroaches. Laundry lights didn’t work. Yellow dribble stains on bathroom walls. Only 2 toilet rolls supplied for a four day stay for 3 people.

The location was perfect, the pool was heavenly, the ambience of the resort was delightful. The unit was, on the whole, very comfortable and the balcony was enjoyable.

When we first arrived the cupboard under the kitchen sink smelled badly of fish. Two days after we arrived the fish smell was addressed but it was not irradicated. There were static louvres on the bedroom windows and no curtains so light poured in at night from the highly lit external corridor. Not the choice of the Beach Club but the choice of Seascape Holidays that consumables were positively stingy: only one roll of toilet paper was supplied for our stay of 7 nights, there were no tissues or skin conditioner and minimal shampoo and conditioner. There were no instructions for the safe which was locked and the drying rack was difficult to use because it was faulty.
