Very clean and quiet had everything we needed apart from extra toilet rolls

A little far from everything

Nice Villa on a good complex. Good size communal pool. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 4.15 and cleaners said it wouldn’t be ready for another 90 mins. Bed linen needs changing it had holes in but apart from that had all we required.

Great location and had all we needed. Especially appreciated having a garden as well as a balcony with sunloungers as the sun can be enjoyed all day as it moves from one side to the other. Comfortable garden furniture. Very well equipped accommodation and we appreciated all the cleaning products and food provisions left eg tea bags, coffee, basic cooking contents etc. great communication with owner, especially when we locked ourselves out one evening. Thanks to all involved who supported us. (Perhaps issuing 2 sets of keys might have avoided our predicament, though it was obviously our fault entirely). Great master bedroom and shower room. Really quiet pool area generally and everywhere well kept. Good to have a parking space outside property too,

Couldn’t work the TV so we’re unable to get any channels we could understand, didn’t notice instructions but didn’t actually need tv as we were out in the evenings. Internet stopped working for a few days for some reason but maybe a local issue. Beds/towels were very basic so comfort was lacking overnight. Poor ventilation in downstairs bathroom (adjacent to 2nd bedroom) so had to leave the door open.

A great property, comfortable, well equipped and with plenty of outdoor spaces to catch the sun (or shade) at all times of the day. A large pool in the development big enough for swimming lengths for exercise (although a little cold in February). Although it was an 8 minute walk to the Marina area (our preference as it turned out to the harbour end of Playa Blanca) it was a pleasant easy walk along the sea front with plenty of things to look at. There was a decent range of restaurants and bars in the Marina and for a later night the Flagship Pub was on the way home.

Not much really. It would be nice in today's world to perhaps fit combined USB and power sockets in the main bedroom as there wasn't anywhere to charge up a phone in the bedroom without unplugging a bedside lamp. However the meant that we charged them up downstairs so were not disturbed in the night!

A very well placed, pleasant, sunny apartment offering all we needed with a comfortable bed. With having a front terrace, balcony and a rear balcony there was always somewhere to laze and enjoy the sun. Enjoying sunsets on the rear balcony looking out towards Playa Blanca and the sea were an added bonus as we didn't expect to be able to enjoy this. The pool was well looked after and had sufficient sun beds for all.

4th time at this complex and 2nd time at this apartment and will definitely return. The Villa feels very much home from home. We enjoy having the choice of sunbathing in the front garden, on the rear balcony or by the pool. Location is excellent, to the right along the front is the Marina, with lots of restaurants just 5 min walk away. To the left of the accommodation you can walk to several gorgeous beaches including Papagaya beach in about 45 mins.

Excellent apartment. Good location close to the marina.

No Internet available for the duration of our 6 night stay. Reported it to the owner but issue not fixed unfortunately.
