excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the marina where there was a good choice of bars and restaurants. everywhere including the swimming pool was spotlessly clean.

no air con. however there was a large fan in the main bedroom which was very useful.

"we had a great time and we will be back."

Great location, great position for the Sun pretty much all day between back and front. This time we stayed and it was very quiet however this is not always the case as we stay in different villa often and depends on time of year as to how many people are there.

There was no kettle but was not a major problem.

Very well equipped property in a very quiet location, only minutes from the Rubicon marina. Complex well maintained. Nice to have a washing machine in the property, came in useful.

The only minor negative was the lack of a kettle, there was a coffee filter machine which was not suitable for boiling water for tea.
