The first property, the Bed was broken. The second was in poor condition old looking and tired felt like I was walking on a slut all the time..

We had a great stay. The location was excellent — very convenient and easy to find. Everything was accessible nearby, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed that parking came at an extra cost. The inside of the property felt very dark and there was a noticeable fusty/damp smell during our stay.

"Bring milk!"

Check in was super easy and we had prompt responses from accommodation managers. Lovely spacious apartment, quick Internet and location is superb!

Inside the oven was pretty dirty, although I will stress that this could have been missed by cleaners as everywhere else was spotless. We were prepared that coffee and tea were not provided but was pretty shocked to find that there's literally no where in Matlock Bath to buy milk!!! Obviously not the fault of the property. We had brought coffee with us but had to nip on the train to Matlock to get milk and a few other provisions so come prepared!
