The property was very tired looking and in need of a proper clean and fix up. The radiator in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and just patched up. Also the light in the bathroom was very high due to it keep obviously broken in the past and tied up. Children couldn’t reach it. There was a leak in the sink in the bathroom every time we used it water was spilling out on the floor. The flooring was all uneven and very slippery multiple times we nearly fell over. There were holes in the curtains and very dusty lots of cobwebs, the tea towels were very dirty and some cutlery was dirty as well. Also resident stayed below our apartment and obviously smoked and smoke was coming through the kitchen -very strong smell. The instructions for the boiler looked clear on the email however wrong description for what was actually in the property. The property was definitely not worth the money that I paid very disappointed.. the one good thing I would say is the location was great and accessing the key to the apartment was not a problem. There is no on-site parking however there is just a car park up the road a few minutes walk.

Smell of sewage in room from the masticator in kitchen sink which had been switched off Stairs were manageable for us but quite uneven for others There was a cot in room but carrying a baby on them could be a problem

I liked the location, close to the train and bus, clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The bed was very comfy had a really good night sleep

It was easy to get to and it was quirky

There was no tv. I didn’t realise so that was probably my fault.
