Great size apartment, problems with the heating that were fixed straight away and we got an extended late check out as an apology.

The decor, really liked the look and feel of the apartment. Nice big shower with a great flow

There is only a microwave for cooking, no grill, oven or hob. Poor Internet connection which kept disconnecting

El alojamiento es muy amplio y luminoso, camas cómodas y ubicación excelente. Las instrucciones para recoger las llaves y acceder al alojamiento, muy claras.

La limpieza y cuidado del apartamento deja algo que desear. Hay ciertas cosas que no están en buen estado, como por ejemplo, hemos corrido las cortinas para abrirlas, de manera normal, y se ha descolgado todo del techo. La ducha tiene bastante moho en las juntas y hay algunas cosas de menaje que dan sensación de suciedad.

"Horrible"

There was no hot water. We couldn't bath or shower, we had to boil the kettle to have a sink wash. Everything was tired and scruffy, paper peeling off the walls etc. I could cope with it being tatty/ scruffy but it was the no hot water that really upset me. I've come away feeling a bit like I've been scammed.
