Older style caravan that is a little dated but for the price we paid, the caravan was spotless and excellent value for money. Only downside no wifi. I think you can pay for a code from the shop but every time we went past the shop wasn’t open so we spent a fortune on buying extra data.

Private parking, quiet, very friendly and helpful host

Direction / instruction email came only on the day when we were already travelling and poor reception, could have been sent earlier. The place is a static caravan, bedrooms quite small. No towels, this is my first time ever when a place does not provide towels. While it is not expressly stated that there ARE towels, so no misrepresentation, the fact could be exposed a bit more. It does not expressly state that bed linen are offered, but they are offered, so the same was expected of towels, and it was an unpleasant surprise. There is free WiFi, good reception/speed but not secure.

Perfect location and holiday park, nice and peaceful. Having lots of treatment and surgery at Hayle Hospital this is close by and convenient to stay for a few days for my partner when I am in hospital

Arrived early and had requested early entry to caravan. I was told cleaner has been prioritised to be cleaning after previous holiday makers cleaner not come till 1.30 in the afternoon We were a family of 6 when the caravan was ready only 2 hand towels for all of us no other towels were provided no bedding for two of us good we had a blanket in the car only 2 toilet rolls throughout the 4 day stay hot water keeps going off in the shower kitchen utensils very poor can opener all rusty and not working

very clean and tidy very quiet location, yet a short drive from the beach spacious caravan with wooden decking aroudn the side and front

unfortunately for us the TV wasn’t working, however our hosted was quick to communicate solutions

Great location. Clean, comfortable and fresh smelling accommodation. Very quiet. Good nights sleep.

Leaky toilet. Main oven doesn't work.

The static caravan was very clean and comfortable , located at the top of a hill in a lovely spot.

Bed fastening loose, so felt as if coming apart. Electric socket next to telly faulty, took 2 days to work out how to light bottom oven on cooker as lighters were hidden away in a cupboard. Tv did its own thing, came on at 2am on first night. These are all minor issues that can be easily remedied.
