The location is amazing, it was close to the beach and you have plenty to visit around. The bedding are very clean and kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hot meal.

There is a smell inside, like wet dog smell. I think it's in the carpet because it was there after we left all the windows opened for a long time. Another thing was the shower. There is no water pressure in the shower and runs out of hot water quickly. The living room was very cold and we weren't able to warm it up as the electric heater was not very small and was not warm enough.

Beautiful position on site, surrounded by birds and trees. Lovely, cosy caravan in a quiet village, a short drive to Marazion, Penzance town centre, Sennen Cove, and more. I love the fact there's not rules stuck anywhere. It's just trusted that common sense and common decency are used. Thank you

Peaceful location. Not to far from lots of tourist locations, great place to relax and switch off from our stressful life.

Everything was lovely. Maybe the host could have put heating on to air through but didn't take too long to heat up. Need coffee table repairing, trim round edge loose when we arrived but it didn't bother us. Just to make owner aware.

lovely little place perfect for our teenage daughter & our Dog, the site is great for a short stay & in a good location to get to spend time in different parts of Cornwall with just a short drive.

our only issue was occasionally the hot water for the shower would come & go.

This was a winner stay, the van was very cold, the gas fire and electric heaters were not up to heating the van, there was only one hand towel between us and no shower towels, the van is under trees so decking etc very slippery.
