Definitely don't stay here, I don't mind a small room, but at least it should be clean! The room in this hotel is very dirty, the carpet is not cleaned at all, the sheets, pillows, and quilts are not cleaned at all, and my skin started to get allergic reactions on the second day of my stay.They only provided two dirty towels and shamelessly charged a $100 deposit which is not refunded immediately upon check out but takes 8 business days, which is basically two weeks.For your health's sake, please don't live here.

"An austere very economical place to stay near University City!"

The house was secure and clean. The manager was very communicative. The shower soap was luxurious.

The room was smaller than expected, with no dresser, end tables or desk, and closet. The floor heating vent had visible mold which probably came from the ductwork. The block felt a little sketchy. The neighboring house had a window 15 feet from the bedroom window. The staircase was narrow, steep, and uneven. All the same, the bargain was awesome, and the neighborhood had lots of African and Middle Eastern restaurants and stores.

Location wasn’t too bad wasn’t no breakfast wasn’t even a kitchen

When I first booked it, it said I had two beds since I booked it for five people and only had one bed and it said shared entire house and it wasn’t I end up only getting one bed and there was nothing else to the house available. There was no living room or kitchen available had a air conditioner in the window but none of the outlets work on that side of the room so it was super dirty and hot and couldn’t adjust it or turn on the air conditioner due to outlets not working.

It was close to the city.

Other people were smoking inside and we got sick including my two year old kid. The carpets were filthy dirty so we had to wear socks inside the room. The door lock was partly broken so we felt unsafe.

"The stay was a nightmare people running in and out all night drug dealers coming in and out it’s no peace I do not recom"

The property owner lied and said I smoked in the room and I don’t even smoke just so he can keep the deposit I’m getting lawyers involved he did this to numerous people I’ve heard
