La vétusté des équipements : peinture écaillée, carrelage dans salle de bain presque à tomber, revêtement piscine plus qu'usé. Le manque de couverts : 2 cuillères à café pour un logement de 6 Et Surtout l'accès à internet qui n'a jamais jamais fonctionné ce qui m'a occasionné des frais supplémentaires

Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa.

Timo. El alojamiento que nos dieron era distinto a la de las imágenes del anuncio. Dónde nos alojamos estaba anticuado y deplorable. Las puertas sonaban al abrir y cerrar. El lavavajillas estaba oxidado y no limpiaba, y los muebles del salón estaban sucios de polvo, sin limpiar. Una pena que una villa así esté en esas condiciones, y lo peor, que engañen con imágenes de otra villa renovada.

La Ubicación es muy buena, y las vista están muy bien, el paseo hasta playa blanca es muy bonito, hay mucha tranquilidad y por las noches no se escucha ningún ruido.

La piscina un poco pequeña, esta bien para refrescar el cuerpo, la encontramos muy sucia, pero al día siguiente vino el encargado de la limpieza de piscinas y la dejo impecable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, se duerme muy bien porque no hay ningún ruido. La villa en la parte exterior necesita un retoque de pintura, tiene muchos desconchados en las paredes, el mobiliario del salón interior es un poco anticuado.

The location, how peaceful the location is. The villa is spacious and served a family of 6 well. Air con in most rooms, 3 bathrooms. Would definitely recommend visit.

We arrived to find the apartment wasn't fully clean with no clean towels, however after a complaint this was sorted the same day. My biggest complaint was the state of the pool. We were told it would be cleaned but ended up doing this to our best ( something others have mentioned ) so really needs addressing. Downside is a message is sent with offer of early check in/ late check out at a cost for those that are awaiting flights etc. We waited 7 hrs to check in and later found nobody was in prior so could have been organised. Overall its worth a visit 👍

Gorgeous Villa, very spacious - large dining area, sitting room, kitchen with everything you need, 3 bedrooms (I downstairs) each bedroom upstairs has a balcony one with en-suite and also separate bathroom which our girls took over. The Villa was clean & comfortable. Shops - Superdino & Iceland roughly 300m. Out the back private gate it’s less than 100m walk to Las Coloradas beach and you can join the promenade for a beautiful walk with plenty to see and do.

One thing that has nothing to do with the villa itself is the sending of the exact location. Only receiving it the day before I think is far too late, I was very anxious arriving. Thankfully it all worked out. We couldn’t really fault the villa. I’ve seen comments about it needs an updating etc and yes it probably could do with some things, but these are so minor it’s not something that would put me off going back again and again. As a family of 4 we all really enjoyed our stay.

Villa 10 had air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms and also in main living room which was great.

For a property with a private pool they do not supply separate pool towels. You can use the bath towels but we had a group of 5 adults and were supplied with 4 towels to be used between pool and bathroom, which I feel is absolutely ridiculous, we did get another 2 towels eventually on request for additional towels. Instructions said pool was cleaned twice per week, after one cleaning in a week had to request another for second week, told instructions were incorrect and only cleaned once a week?? Whole facility was a bit rundown, in need of a bit of TLC. Broken and missing tiles, garden rubbish in plant beds, lots of chipped paint. Checkout is 11:00 but a lot of this information is only shared after payment is made.
