Coloradas Villa Alba

Good location. Comfy bed

Had to request new microwave & very leaky tap in kitchen which was promptly sorted but should have been fixed before stay. Couldn’t work washing machine. Garden gate too low no privacy to sit out in. Cold pool, so not usable.

Great position with lovely views, 20 minute walk along the promenade to the marina. Plenty of room for 4 adults, Comfortable lounge/dining area and spacious patio. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Stepping into the bath for a shower was a bit slippery. new hairdryers needed, although we were told these are being replaced.

Loved this property, great value for location and size, views amazing. Needs a bit of a touch up here and there but certainly didn’t impact our stay. Had an amazing week.

Great location for us as we like to walk. Villa had everything we needed for a months stay. Quiet, comfortable, good wifi and utilities. We will definitely be returning.

Getting out of this villa.

Whole house smelled damp and bedding felt damp. Kitchen wall missing tiles, fridge was a heath hazard Bathroom had a bath that was unusable due to what looked like rusty marks. Bath panel was tiled and most were broken, definitely a safety issue as you could have injured yourself on the sharpness of them. Bath rim was black and mouldy. Both upstairs toilet flushes were broken. Living room wall was obviously damp and wet and peeling, and this continued through to the downstairs bedroom. Pool was disgusting and we didn't get to use it because of this. It was supposedly cleaned twice a week, however we did not see any sign of this. Even to ty and clean it ourselves we couldn't as the net was all ripped. Outside furniture needed a good clean. We were prepared, due to some reviews, for this villa to be tired i. e. scuffed walls, however this is an understatement. Shocked that this is on Booking.com. In our 30 years of travel we have never experienced this sub standard state of accommodation. We are annoyed at ourselves for staying here, we should have complained on day one.

This villa was so spacious, and beautifully decorated. We spent the whole stay out on the multiple balconies and going for dips in the little swimming pool. We had a bbq twice during our stay which was wonderful. Getting the keys etc was really easy. The location was perfect for us. Only a few minutes from the supermarket where we got fresh bread daily and 20 minutes walk from the marina area which had a lovely market on Wednesday and loads of lovely restaurants and bars. I couldn't recommend this place more!

The villa was great with great viewa

Great, well appointed villa. The kitchen has everything you need, a very nice living room with dining area. Beds very comfortable. Supermarkets nearby & a small selection of bars & restaurants. Excellent view of the sea & mountains.

The shower takes a while to drain otherwise it overflows. Perhaps the sunbeds could be upgraded.

Great location. Near the beach and easy walk to marina. Shops and few restaurants at the end of the street!! Good sized villa with generous outdoor space around the pool. Villa was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds too.

Whilst the villa was spacious, very clean and comfortable it was a little scuffed and a bit worn in places. A few reviews had mentioned this before our trip so we were hesitant. We needn’t have been, the Villa was great and will definitely book it again!
