The whole villa experience . The view 😍. The comfort . The feel of the villa . Very quiet location .. easy flow from start to finish 😌. Love this island so much .

Horrible neighbours next door . Shouting at us for talking ?? She made more noise than us chatting on the terrace ? Poor cllw of water in the bathroom basin . Kitchen doors wrong handed ( as a carpenter of 40 years ) . Maybe a local guide of the area ?? . All online i guess.

Pool although small was nice and cleaned during the stay , sea view from bedrooms was amazing , walking distance to supermarket 3/4 minutes and that had everything you could need .

No instructions on how to get in , door locks where so difficult to open . Pool area filthy tiles not washed , curtain pool sitting room area off wall , apartment floors dirty ana the bedclothes are so old we washed them before sleeping on them . If you messages the group it was hours or days for a reply

Beautiful villa lovely quiet area

Great location, 15 minutes walk along the promenade to the marina with excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious and well equipped. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived which were dealt with promptly.

Villa would benefit from some maintenance and TLC. a map screen shot showing the key box location would be useful as google maps sent us to the wrong location.

More unhappy than happy - would not stay again, would not have booked if we'd know the state of disrepair. A good will gesture of a refund would be appreciated / expected.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the villa!! Very much in need of:- had to request pool cleaned on arrival due to dirty yellow line around the rim- had to wait 2 days to be able to use the pool; painting; repairs throughout; replacement outdoor furniture; bathroom upgrade; kitchen upgrade with new fridge and missing tiles replaced; 3 towel sets for 2 people for 10 days not enough; no safe; no British TV for odd times it would have been used- had to be programmed - no instructions. A good will gesture of a refund would be appreciated/ expected. Please contact us for more details and photos.

Yes good system to collect the keys from a lock box, then a door code to get into the property.

Nothing not to like

Location was perfect. Views were amazing and the property was very spacious. Pool wasn’t heated, however with the weather being so hot it didn’t make a difference and was a great benefit.

No safety box in the property and the decor does require a some attention

Excellent location, about 10 min walk to the marina and restaurants .Nice view from the bedroom balcony .The complex is nice and quiet and felt secure .The villa is large and airy and has everything you need .We had a couple of issues when we first arrived and Carlos ,the manager, sorted it out straight away .Really liked the complex so we took some other villa details and we`ll be back .

The villa has a few minor issues ,broken tiles in the bathroom, kitchen and pool area ,which didn`t bother us too much ,but I could see there being a problem if young children were there .Some scuffs and scratches on the walls .loose door handles .A small amount of DIY could easily sort it out . The biggest issue we had was the woman next door, we had 3 BBQs on the smallest BBQ I`ve seen , she screamed and abused us every time we used it from her bedroom balcony .I asked her if we were making a mess or being loud, and she agreed we weren`t ,but she still continued to shout and make us feel uncomfortable .Very rude woman ,( her husband seemed OK ,poor sod ) .BUT ,we will be going back ,only to a different villa .

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

The online pictures wasnt a true representation of the villa, as there are more than one villa colorados, we found it a little misleading. The villa in general was very tired and in need of a lot of maintanance. For example. The kitchen is in need of a renovation. Paint peeling off the walls outside by the dining area and the pool steps were wobbly. A fresh coat of paint inside is needed too. This however didnt stop us having a great holiday.
