Coloradas Villa Alba

Quiet, safe and secure location. House was lovely and has great potential, but needs a little TLC. Really big, plenty of space for 6 people. Lots of sunbeds, great terrace downstairs. Balconies off the bedrooms, all with beautiful sea views. Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. Living area was decorated lovely and very comfortable (couches, TV, dining etc). Good supermarkets close by. Walk to Marina Rubicon wasn't too far, about 20 mins and beautiful views the whole way. We found an amazing Tapas bar close by 'Furancho do Tono los Coloradas', only open about a month. Fabulous food, great atmosphere and superb value!

Pool could do with a bit of a clean up. Tiles missing from the wall in the kitchen, and the kitchen really needs to be refreshed. One of the upstairs bathrooms also had tiles 'buckled' on the wall and both of these bathrooms could also do with a refresh, especially the showers/shower heads which were just ok. Plenty of hot water though! Location is a bit far from Playa Blanca and there are very few bars/restaurants/shops around the immediate area.

Paint peeling off external walls and around pool. Weeds in garden and outdoor furniture shabby. Electric sockets loose inside (main and ground floor bedroom) Would not bring small children as could be dangerous. Generally, the place could do with an update, painting etc

The villa is really nice and clean with amazing views from the balcony, also the swimming pool is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was really easy to get the keys and get access when we arrived. The host was available via WhatsApp and was very friendly and happy to help with anything at all. The location is perfect and is just 10-15 minutes walk to the marina where all of the restaurants are located. We really recommend the 'Izaro Taberna' restaurant, it was really amazing.

The view and position is excellent . The apartment has everything and is so comfortable.u can walk within minutes to shops bars restaurant. Or even the pappapgya beaches . Our host was fantastic was available wen needed and responded straight away. Villa was large clean and stunning . Views to die for and so quiet . Loved it.

Area is fantastic. Hidden restaurant gems. Pool was very nice. Could see villa owner getting some renovation work done down stairs, like replaced doors. Marina is beautiful, the walk along the playa blanca strip is absolutely stunning. Most people were lovely including locals. Local transport is well organised, facilities to get rid of plastic, glass cardboard etc brilliant plenty of them. Well signed.

upstairs needs a good over haul bathrooms mainly bedrooms are lovely. Floors were a bit dirty but all in all enjoyed our stay.

Villa is spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and felt like a real luxury. The pool man visited 3 times during our stay to make sure everything was fine. Instructions for getting into the Villa were clear and easy. The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in. Fans were supplied but we didn't need them as we were able to sleep with the shutter doors being secured and lovely breeze came through.

We really had no complaints, some areas do need a bit of updating such as kitchen and bathrooms but overall it didn't not stop us enjoying a fabulous holiday.
