Coloradas Villa Alba

Excellent location, near great supermarkets and able to walk to good restaurants, very accessible. The villa’s furniture was of very high standard and comfortable.

Villa arrival very poor, the booking said check in at 5pm, we booked our flight to arrive early to allow us to find the venue and settle for lunch only to find out that the previous occupants had asked to leave later than allowed and we did not gain entry until after 7pm which was not acceptable!! We were told this by the property management far too late to change our flight arrangements so we were not happy with them and their behaviour to us saying that they had told us beforehand. But the booking was for 5pm NOT 7pm.

1 chair outside was broken.The wall around the pool had big cracks.Tiles around the door out side where on the ground.The downstairs toilet leaked and only 1 light in the toilet worked.The bathroom upstairs the tiles where cracked and the other bathroom it seems the tiles are coming away from the wall.

Loved the location, the view, the size, the design, the equipment. What made it really great was how incredibly helpful and friendly the host was.

Great location, very friendly host, beautiful sea view, walking promenade right outside the apartment.

The location might be a bit windy in general so it took some time for the swimming pool to warm up, so during winter time do not expect a very warm swimming pool, even with the water heat on.

Villa was well maintained and clean. Provision of all services and equipment was as outlined in the Villa advert.

The location was not close to the beach but did have an adequate pool.

Perfect stroll by sea to reach marina and restaurants each night, yet calm and quiet locally to swim/read/relax in the day. Local beach bonus for more serious swim as pool is lovely but small. Also easy to buy good supplies from nearly supermarkets. The best of all worlds. Love this area and this place - clearly been refurbished recently aslo - stylish decor.

Pool a little small yet often the case for smaller houses.

The location and villa itself were perfect

The WiFi would not work and we couldn't get the TV working. The bbq is way too small and too low down

The villa is very nice and in a great location. It has a swimming pool and back garden. The rooms upstairs have balcony with a sea view.

The staff takes ages to reply on calls and WhatsApp. The bedroom has the door knob broken, and when the door get closed, the person gets stuck in the room.

Great location. Everything was clean, and the views were amazing. The ensuites in there toom were very nice. Much more space in the apartment than we had anticipated. very spacious.

The beds were not very comfortable, quite old mattresses. The pool was a bit dirt, but that wasn't too much of an issue. There is a hotel across the road, which can be quite loud at night when stacking the dishwasher and fans are going in the kitchen.

Location was good, Villa had a lot to offer

Property in need of some maintenance, decoration and updating. We didn't use the pool as it was green in comparison to neighbouring pools.
