Absolutely nothing! It was lovely

Lovely hut which felt very spacious considering it's only small. Everything you need for cooking and a good sized fridge. Comfy bed and a really hot shower which was great on a cold day! In a beautiful location and overlooking old castle ruins which was a nice quick walk each morning and a lovely spot to watch the sun rise over the Cairngorm mountains. An easy 15 min walk into the village via a track behind the opposite farm. The hosts were kind and really helpful too and the horses on the farm were lovely to watch over a morning cuppa.

Based on the listing photos I didn't realise there is now another hut right next door. The lack of curtains in the hut also meant we felt overlooked when the neighbors took their dog for toilet breaks or when the owners were working in their field. Especially when we were coming out of the shower in the mornings. Loved our stay, but I wouldn't have booked if I had known how close the other hut was because we wanted seclusion. If you don't mind neighbors though, this place is beautiful and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Everything! We're currently staying and extended our stay whilst being here, we're wishing we could extend it more! The whole place is beautiful and cosy. So clean and homey! Amazing views! We're actually staying during a storm and still never want to leave! We will definitely be coming back.

Pod was lovely, had everything you need. Pod was very clean and location was excellent

Dog poop lying about around the pod. Didn’t receive the friendliest of welcomes when we got there. Was told we had arrived to early even though we had been sent an email saying we could check in at anytime
