Good location, spacious and clean apartment with whatever you may need. We would stay again!

Only one thing - water pressure in the shower is very low so washing your hair is quite challenging :)

Precioso apartamento completamente equipado y en zona tranquila pero céntrica

大きなボトル(6 litter)の飲料水を用意してくれて、無くなったら補充もしてくれた。 部屋は最近リノベーションをしたらしく、清潔で台所、ガスレンジの他、キッチン用具も揃っていた。 帰りの搭乗券の印刷をお願いしたら、こころよくやってくれた。 オーナーのWalterとはWhatsAppでいつでも連絡がとれ、安心できた。

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, es ist alles da, was man benötigt.

Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch super gewesen. Die Terrasse war leider etwas klein, sodass man nicht mit 2 Personen dort sitzen konnte.

Great hub for Santa Cruz that’s away from the main drag but still conveniently located less than a 10 min walk away from the main area of town where the restaurant and shopping strip is. There was an issue with the door handle when we were there but was fixed immediately by apologetic staff. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host, it was more like an Airbnb in that regards, but he made sure we were happy. The aircon was great, and the host pointed us in the right direction for anything we needed in town.

I love everything about this loft as well as Walter and Camila. The loft is clean, spacious, bright and airy. Walter is such a thoughtful and generous host who provides cleaning service every other day as well as a giant water container to begin the stay and every time Camila comes in to clean. Camila is super sweet and lives in the same complex.
