Excellent, comfortable, and quiet location within the center of town. Walter is very accommodating and communicative.

It would have be nice to have a drinkable water unit vs. buying continuous single use water bottles.

Walter was just wonderful from beginning to end. He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

At first the location seemed out of the way but it was a matter of understanding the dynamics of the town.

Very spacious and comfortable, very clean and organised. The people were very responsive and friendly. The location is great. We ended up staying a little longer ☺️

There's no door to the bedroom and the wall to the neighbours is very thin. You hear every conversation and thus they must hear all of your conversation 🫣, and you may be woken up early morning. The stairs up to the first floor are just open with no bannister. It felt a little unsafe 😅. Basic supplies in the kitchen could be provided, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc

The property has all the essentials and it felt super cozy! I really enjoyed our stay here on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is just barely a bit far from everything but it was not a problem. The bed sheets felt like polyester so it was not as comfortable and cool as I would have liked for the warm nights.
