Clean and modern and well equipped

No tv No front door handle. No hand railing on stairs.

The apartment was exactly what I wanted and was well located near the Puerto Ayora waterfront and all the restaurants on Charles Darwin Avenue. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a safe and comfortable stay. The host Walter was very helpful in showing me around when I arrived.

The only negative thing I can say is that the stairs leading up to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom did not have a handrail. A safety deposit box would also be a good addition.

We loved how spacious the room was! They provided clean towels every 2 days and answered all of our questions through WhatsApp. The host even booked us private transportation from the airport to the room that stopped by the lava tunnels and the tortoise ranch!

The wifi signal was a little weak in the loft area. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Would have loved a microwave to heat up left over food. But these are all minor things in comparison to how great our stay was!!!! :)

A guy was waiting for us, but the property was not easy to find

Walter was a great host, easy for key collection and advised of of necessary information regarding the apartment, he was very helpful. They also provided 20lt water which was wonderful. Internet was good and apartment had a cleaner come through mid way through our stay for a basic clean which was nice.

Needs better pillows, but that is about it!
