"Disappointing."

Disturbing noise levels during the day, night and early morning. 2 x aircons not working. Dirty bin. Stuffy and lacking cleanliness. Space is too cramped and uncomfortable to be called "deluxe apartment".

That I am away from home on a weekend with my family.

The attitude by the Receptionist, she made me feel like it's her house so if She wants she can cancel my bookings or rather send me off. I never felt valued in front of her.

"Noisy, disruptive, no aircons"

Friendly staff. Check out can be extended.

Noisy drunken neighbours knocking on wrong door early hours of the morning. Staff wanting to clean despite informing them there is no need. Please just supply a do not disturb card to hang on the door. Aircons not working. Staff agreed they are aware of all aircons on one side of the building not working.
