I made an online booking and they told me they dont allow same day bookings when i got there, problem is i already paid and i never got refunded even though it says nowhere on the booking that i couldnt make same day bookings.

We never had breakfast there they said it was a misunderstanding they don't offer breakfast

The noise from other rooms was too much and the awesomeparking they allows the visitors to park on our parking whilst they were not guest of baysun lodge they came to see their friends at the lodge.we waited for them to go and then the parking were free around 11oclock pm
