Rivera Family Airport Apartments

Staff were really nice and accommodating, they were a bit late picking us up so gave us a free airport transfer. We were only there as a quick stopover, but the accommodation was great value for money and very comfortable

Couldn't ask for more than what we paid for and expected, would use again.

Sewer gas was terrible , no hot water, injured foot on tripping hazard and air conditioner was pumping hot air into room. Very dangerous entrance to get to room. Open ceiling ? No privacy. See through curtains.

The place is very close to the airport, very clean, the brakfast was extraordinary and the familiy very helpful with all my qustions and wishes. A perfect place for one night.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. All staff were friendly and pleasant. The place is clean. There is quite a bit of noise when the jets leave the runway, though !

Close to the airport

-booked a room for 3 people, but got a 2 man room (we finally got the 3 man room the final night of our stay) -very narrow corridors (could hardly bring our suitcase into our room) -no real storage space (no closets for clothes etc) -kitchen poorly equipped -no proper door to the bathroom -expensive

It was super close to the airport and the staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They greeted us in the morning with coffee and a fruit plate (which was so appreciated) and, even though we had a mix up with airport pick up, the staff persisted to try to get us to the correct destination and waited a long time to meet us. We really appreciated it!

It’s very basic, you really do get what you pay for. I had read other reviews on the stairs and they really are dangerous. Very narrow and shotty. The room was clean but we didn’t want to stay any longer than we had to.

Basic apartment, but very convenient and a good price. I would recommend this for people with early flights out of San Jose.
