Service Very dirty rooms Kitchen cupboards very dirty Stove didnt work We have to ask for towel got only 3 towels for six people We have to ask for toilet paper Bathroom shower just dripping Parking area was flooded and no proper draining and it was very dangerous to getting to the vehicle.

"Bad experience, wouldn't like to recommend to anyone"

The staff was not cooperative. They would not attend calls when I required something. They hardly understand English. Bathroom items were not there. Rooms were smelly. Towels and linen was old and not very clean. It was raining and very cold. The room lacked heating arrangements. Overall, a bad experience.

"Not that good 😌"

Food service at apartment is good.

- At a very high altitude. Too many stairs, van can not come due to slanting location. - No hot water in wash rooms. - Too much sound of rain due to metal roof
