Lake Infinity Luxury Condos

Location was ideal. It is very near Gregory lake. Check in was fast and manager was very responsive in regards to check in time

I recommend they should keep better strong blankets as the ones in the rooms were very thin and hardly helps with the cold

The staff was very friendly specialy there was a lady named kumari .she was very kind and helpfull and the location also good

There was no locks in balcony doors

I liked it nice the staff were amazing. I loved the cold breeze, and the area was good they had kitchen appliances, nice rooms, amazing scenery, and I loved it .

Well, to be honest with you i expected way nicer like on booking.com but they don't look like tha anymore probably cause of the new owners and not the staff fault but the condo was excellent and there were some bad things about the walls were u could see mold and mold on the curtains to and some of the lights weren't working one in the living room and one in a 2nd room and the other in the bathroom and the dish drawer was a bit broken and the balcony doors are a mess cause one was hanging on a single part while the other had nothing and I expected a view with the mountains and the garden but I didn't get it even tho I requested it so if don't get have high expectations cause it doesn't look like the ones phone the pictures on booking.com.

Location, staff and spacious rooms

Shower area water was not going due to design slope issue. Felt very uncomfortable. Instant heater is not very effective for the prevailing temperature. Room heaters are not available. It is extra 2K LKR. Not worth for the price we are paying. No woolen blankets are available in the room. Without car the apartment is difficult to access.

L' appartamento era Pulita. era ordinato tutto bene. Il Chek in e il chek out comodo e il posto piu vicino della città

Non c'erano asciugamani e dopo la doccia il bagno era come un lago😧abbiamo pensato che loro avevano un ristorante invece hanno ordinato lacolazione in altro posto e abbiamo pagato anche per il trasporto.

Only the interior

The host First the one was supposed to be entertaining the guest was ignoring the calls almost every time. Secondly room lock was not fixed properly that required maintenance. It doesn’t have any view whatsoever shown in the video believe me. I would never book again and suggest someone to do it. It is waste of money

The staff was good and humble especially KUMARI she was very nice and helped us a lot ..
