Everything was very good and it was very comfortable and kumaari was very nice person.

Water came as little by little cant flesh well. Its hard to shower cause water doesn’t come.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, which made for a relaxing visit. The room was decent and the location is lovely, especially for nature lovers. Still, it’s a nice place with potential, just a few small touches away from being excellent.

A few things could be improved. The chicken light wasn't working, and the cleanliness of the toilet could have been better. Also, since Nuwara Eliya is quite cold, it would have been much more comfortable if the room had a heater. That addition would really enhance the guest experience.
