Nada. Apartamentos a necessitar urgentemente de manutenção e limpeza.

Os quartos estavam impregnados de humidade e cheiro a mofo, absolutamente insuportável. Dormir ali foi quase impossível. As paredes e a cabeceira da cama estavam visivelmente degradadas, com bolor à vista. A limpeza geral também deixou muito a desejar. Apartamentos degradados e a necessitar de manutenção urgente.

The place was not cleaned at all, which attracted a lot of fly especially in the kitchen. Extremely unhygienic. It seemed like a scent was sprayed to cover the stink due to lack of cleanliness. Our booking was only for 1 night but even that was very hard to bear because of the unhygienic place.

The rooms were spacious and the staffs were accommodating. Kumari was helpful. I had a request for early check in due to night train and they approved of my request too.

The room had an odour which wasn't pleasant. The furniture's were old.

Bathroom wasn’t clean enough and it was smelly. Kitchen tap was broken but usable. Kitchen cupboards were not clean enough

The overall apartment was nice and beautiful.

The facilities mentioned at the room booking was not there such as Balcony, Garden View, Mountain View etc. They may assigned the wrong apartment to us. Also, the lift is not available, we have to go up by stairs for three floors. Someone unknown also nocked our apartment and ran away.
