Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price or “Luxury” Label We stayed at Lake Infinity Luxury Condos in Nuwara Eliya with our family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. To start with, despite notifying them multiple times upon arrival, we were left waiting 25 minutes in the car park just to collect the keys – even after calling three times. This was not the welcome we expected. The property is nothing like the photos on Booking.com – quite misleading. Inside our apartment, both Peo TV and WiFi were not working initially. Shockingly, the manager had to pay the overdue bill after our arrival just to get the services reactivated. The refrigerator wasn’t working either. It took two complaints before they finally replaced it. The bathrooms were in very poor condition, with a bad smell and unclean tiles, and no basic cleaning products or anything were provided. The car park was chaotic and poorly managed. They allowed another guest to park right beside our vehicle, blocking us in. As a result, our planned morning visit to Horton Plains was ruined, and we had to hire an Uber and spend extra money to get moving. This place is far from “luxury” – extremely poor service, lack of cleanliness, and zero professionalism. I would strongly recommend avoiding Lake Infinity Luxury Condos. It was a frustrating and disappointing part of an otherwise beautiful trip.

It was the worst experience ever of my entire trip. There is no lift and my senior citizens parents and aunty along with me a knee injury person had to walk from the parking till 4 floors. The place is on a hill and U have to walk up slope n then again 2 floors and no person to help, or assist. No WiFi, no Tv nothing worked. Even after calling the property manager he didn't bother replying and I had to stay there for 2 days and suffer.

Value for money. Friendly staff especially Ms Kumari.

This place was very comfortable. It's an ideal stay for a family. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very near to Gregory lake and the view is also good. The apartment is also spacious.
