Parking - but I was warned!

clean, nice, cosy big and confortable place to stay in.

The property was clean and spacious with all the amenities you'd need for a visit. Plus, the host was responsive and very friendly. I'd definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

The mattresses could stand with a topper, but they are servicable.

Excellent position, we arrived by train and only a short walk. Very near shops and restaurants. Good communication from host. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans etc. and toiletries, cleaning stuff. Home from home. Lovely size, definitely 'cavernous'! Clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the mattress had big dips so wasn't very comfortable, probably needs to be replaced. There was a very strong stale smoke smell when we arrived which only lessened slightly with a can of air freshner and airing for a while. Also, someone parked their car right up to our front door!

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr zentral, eine Busstation ist gleich in der Nähe und auch zur Bahnstation sind es nur ca. 5-7 Minuten. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit.

Der Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig - es ist super das man einen eigen Parkplatz hat, wir sind nämlich nicht wirklich dahinter gekommen ob und wie lange wir auf der Straße hätten parken dürfen. Allerdings muss man um zum Parkplatz zu kommen rückwärts durch einen langen Torbogen fahren,, eigentlich auch kein so großes Problem, wenn da nicht links und rechts je eine Stufe zu anderen Apartments wären. Allerdings mit einer 2. Person die einen einweist geht es schon.

Die Lage und einzige Orientierung im Hinterhof war nicht ansprechend, die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Terrasse war gleichzeitig der angebote enge Parkplatz aller Appartements und schlichtweg nicht nutzbar! Die Lage der Wohnung zur Stadt, zum Bahnhof und zum Strand hin sind in Ordnung.

Die 90 m2 große Wohnung wird über lediglich 2 Fenster belichtet !!, wovon das eine Fenster gleichzeitig die Hauseingangstür war, mit der der dahinter liegende tiefe Raum weder richtig belichtet noch belüftet werden konnte. Das innenliegende, dunkle, über einen lauten Ventilator entlüftete Bad im Obergeschoss besitzt zum Schlafzimmer hin Glasbausteine, die nachts bei Nutzung des Badezimmers besonders sinnlos sind, da dann das Schlafzimmer taghell ausgeleuchtet wird. Das Badezimmer iselbst st zwar relativ geräumig, besitzt aber lediglich ein eher kleines Waschbecken und eine als Dusche zu nutzende sehr schmale Badewanne. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr einfach, die notwendigsten Küchen-Utensilien waren unvollständig und alt und leider durchweg nicht sauber gespült !

Position was close to the sea front

There was an awful smoky smell, there is quite a large hole kicked in or punched into the front of the wardrobe door. The bathroom had mould in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. It’s generally run down and very dated. Completely overpriced . On the bedroom there were large cracks running down the walls. You get 1 foam pillow and a half size pillow.

The location was perfect. Hidden of a busy high st . Very quiet surprisingly. The property itself I couldn’t fault . Everything you needed was there . Will definitely be coming back

Great location for exploring the area.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was good. Although reviews talked about tight parking we did not find this a problem. As a family we cooked at home every night. If I had to be really picky I would say take your own can opener as I had trouble with the one there.
