-The safety of the location. -Small distance to the mall and convenience stores. -The apartment was well kept and tidy. -Above all else, the place is definitely what you see in the picture and definitely has that warm feel away from home. -The back-up power really does come in handy for lighting purposes.

-The communication between the hosts as well as the guests at times -The fact that at check out time you will be charged R250,00 per 15 minutes after your check-out. It really is nerve wrecking more especially if you have children or people who require special attention or needs. -Back-up power not supplying power to plug points.
