Nice and clean, easy to book and check in. We were 2 moms on tour with our schoolboys playing in a rugby tournament, so the location was great and convenient.

Very difficult to get in touch with a person. Automation is great when all is well, but sometimes a person is required. Sliding door was completely stuck and came out completely. No one to help sort it out. No one to check with re late check out, which just displayed "pending"
