Summerstrand Boutique Beach Apartment

The place is so nice and clean also a walking distance to the shopping mall and to the beach

Ideally located for the PE Ironman

That we did not get the apartment advertised. Add said there were sea views and swimming pool in complex (downright misleading). I booked for 5 and was only bedding for four and the mattress in the second bedroom had collapsed. Blinds were all tattered and mechanisms not working so could not be closed properly, Window in lounge was broken, no toaster in kitchen, someone had switched off the geyser so for the first night had no hot water. Only one towel in the second bathroom. No-one collected the rubbish during the entire stay and no bags to put rubbish in. All in all, a very disappointing and embarrassing stay as I had invited quests as a treat.

The apartment was clean,next to the shops

We were a family of six ,there were only two double beds,the other two kids had to sleep on an old mattress and it was uncomfortable. The second bed in the other room was too old and so uncomfortable to sleep on it. You can't even sit on it let alone sleeping on.I could barely sleep my whole body was sore.The host needs to change the bed it's very old There was no shower gel only a bar soap. When we woke up the next morning lights were finished.We couldn't iron our clothes.

Being at the apartment felt like visiting a distant relative who didn't necessarily want you to come back

The apartment was very modern and the photos uploaded were accurate. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from the beach and the shops. The neighborhood was also very safe. The water filter system in the kitchen was a great touch. The apartment was neat and the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay again.

The mattresses need replacing as they are springy and uncomfortable. The windows were dirty. The towels were stained and had a foul odor. The aircon remote was in for repairs and an alternative fan could not be provided. All these are small things that can be improved on but the rest of the apartment was superb.

Was a bit sceptical when booking but once we got in it was exactly what was promised in the pictures. Most importantly super clean and good value.
