The location is closer to the beach, Malls and is very secured.

The space in the apartment is excellent! Very close to a mall and the beach. The owner takes pride in decorating his apartment. There was coffee in the cupboard. There is a desk and chair if you plan to work.

The bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable. The toilet in the second bathroom was leaking but I am sure that the host will fix it. Kindly replace the kettle as well as it is quite rusty. You can only use youtube on the smart tv as the Netflix has too many users, the other streaming services are not set up. I am not too sure why the drains were clogged in the sinks and showers.

Neat, spacious, and walking distance to where we wanted to be. Convinced of shops within a 1 minute walk.

Spare bed was very uncomfortable and the lights did not work in the bathroom. Check-out is also not seemless.

The location was very convenient to the Summerstrand Village Mall and the beach. It was a well-maintained, spacious apartment located in a very secure, neat and tidy building.

The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping complex and a mall. The flat is spacious.

The bed in the second bedroom is totally finished and should be thrown out. It is so bad that my brother and his wife had to put the mattress on the floor, put a single sponge and blankets on it just to be able to sleep and not feel the springs. . We called the owner the first night we arrived and asked him to please replace the bed the following day and we were told that we were the first people to complain and the housekeeper will be sent just to check our story. I mean why would we go out of our way to make up a story about a bed? Anyways the housekeeper checked and told us she was going to go buy a bed. We waited for the bed. There was no bed and no feedback until we called the housekeeper in the evening and she told us the owner will get back to us. Well the owner told us the housekeeper didn't find a bed bcs there was no stock. So my brother and his wife slept on that horrible mattress that they put on the floor for 3 nights. The microwave was not cleaned. The blinds needs to be cleaned as well bcs they were full of dust. The door handle on the first bathroom falls off everytime one tries to close or open the door.
