We had a wonderful stay in May 2026 and can highly recommend this accommodation! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the food was delicious. Everything was prepared with great care and exceeded our expectations. The absolute highlight, however, was the view. It was simply breathtaking and made our stay truly unforgettable. Waking up to such a stunning panorama every day was a real privilege. Thank you for such a fantastic experience. We would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

"Prachtig uitzicht."

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Ieder appartement heeft een mooi ruim terras wat een mooi uitzicht geeft over het zwembad en op de hoogste verdieping zelfs over “Sveti Stefan Island”.

Nous avons tout simplement passé un séjour merveilleux !! L'accueil est exceptionnel, la vue spectaculaire ! Expérience unique ! Confort total ! Une certitude : Nous reviendrons !!! Mille mercis à Milan qui a été aux petits soins tout le long, gentil, chaleureux, souriant. Il a énormément participé à rendre ce séjour aussi super !

Quercus Residence es un lugar espectacular. Los apartamentos son amplios, modernos y están decorados con muchísimo gusto. Al haber solo 4 apartamentos se siente muy exclusivo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse. Las vistas desde la piscina y los balcones son increíbles, la mejor puesta de sol de mi vida. El lugar es ideal para escapar del estrés de Budva. Además, desde aquí se llega a las mejores playas de la costa. El personal es encantador y siempre atento. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tienen un pequeño restaurante que por encargo te hacen desayuno (un poco caro en mi opinión 15€/persona), comida o cena. Una experiencia 100% recomendable.
