Old Tbilisi apartment

We liked everything on this property, location and facilities are a key topic to be considered this property.

Hmm, can't complain anything.

We really liked the location since there are nice streets, restaurants and a lot of shops nearby. There's also a metro stop a 10-minute walk away. If you enjoy walking and have time, it's possible to get to different main sights by foot. You have a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom since it's a small private apartment.

Just note that the stairs that lead to the apartment are a bit uncomfortable and there's no elevator. The door lock when leaving the apartment didn't feel very safe to me personally, however, you can properly lock yourself when you're inside the apartment.

Flat was on 2nd floor and stair was not so good to carry luggage

My stay at this beautiful apartment in Tbilisi was exceptional. The accommodation provided all the necessary amenities for my personal use. I stayed there for three nights, enjoying the solitude. One interesting aspect of the host was their prompt responses, allowing me to check in early and providing extra time during checkout. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Nice location, old house. Close to railway station.

Uncomfortable bed and synthetic bed sheets. Strong smell in the toilet. Small gas leakage that was ignored by owner.

This house was newly renovated, clean, cozy and close to the marjanishvili metro station with very kind and helpful neighbors. More Valuable for money you paid. So if you want to experience life in the history , this house is the best option in old Tbilisi. Thank you dear host for hospitality.

Stairs, not having a TV
