Old Tbilisi apartment

The location is excellent. Very close one of the major lively areas in Tbilisi. Large variety of shops, restaurants and other services are just around the corner. However, the apartment is located in the inner yard which makes it very quiet. The owners are nice and friendly, collection of the keys very functional. The door was open, keys inside the apartment, payment later..... The apartment is very clean if not even spotless. Nice large bathroom / toilet, good water pressure and enough hot water. Wifi works well. Nice scenery over the Tbilisi. Very nice apartment on excellent but quiet location. Very good value of the money.

Not really what I didn't like... more for commenting and encouraging. Stairs - it was already known and well informed in the booking.com announcement by the owner. Thank you for this. I just want to highlight that this apartment is on the 3rd floor. Stairs could be better... this apartment is not suitable for disabled people or anyone who's having restrictions for his/her movements/mobility. I'm kindly asking the owner to consider putting some lights to the stairs - for improving guests and owners' family safety & security. Other thing: practically only street parking is possible. The yard is very small and most of the time all parking places are already taken. But finding a street parking option nearby is not an issue. Better chances than normally in Tbilisi.
