This is a great location. Absolutely all the sights are at your fingertips. Being there, you seem to be in the thick of the city's events. The hospitable hostess Mzia and her husband do everything to make your stay there as comfortable as possible.

Great location, comfortable apartment with character.

The room was very clean, the kitchen was spotless, convenient transportation, affordable, recommended for families. We stayed for two days, very comfortable, easy to walk to the surrounding attractions, the surrounding supermarkets are very convenient for daily necessities, the owner is very friendly.

The B&B is on the third floor and the luggage needs to be lifted up many steps, which is a bit of a struggle. The bathroom in the room is in the second floor attic, so be careful of slipping. The room was facing the street and was quite noisy. The bathroom's sewer drainage is not smooth enough and needs special attention. The bedroom has a collection of books and the owner has good taste, but those with rhinitis need to be careful.

The lady was really kind, helpful and nice! Nothing was a problem, the apartment was huge, exactly like in the pictures and fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishes, cloth dryer...). The location is perfect for travelers, near the metro station, bus stop, art gallery, SPAR or local shop with food. We'll definitely be coming back, because it is the best place in Tbilisi!

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Very central location. There was an easy parking garage nearby not expensive. The lady hosting us was very kind. I recommend this place!
