The property was neat, the interior was elegant and the area was close to everything - shops, pharmacy etc.

Everything was perfect except my husband had to go up and down the staircase going to the toilet 😂😂😂

"Superb"

Spacious apartment a short walk from Liberty Square. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living area and bed(s). Host was very responsive to messages via Whatsapp - for example, my requests to check in early and for laundry powder to use the washing machine were accommodated quickly.

The windows are a little thin, so traffic from Rustaveli Avenue can been heard - but not too strongly.

The only good thing about the property was the location.

1. The property is very old. The smell was constantly bothering us. And it is all over the house. 2. The lights suddenly went on and off. this was annoying due to the fact that we were trying to sleep and it disturbed us. 3. One day we used the washing machine and when we were back. The washing machine door was open. so was the door of the bathroom. I am pretty sure I closed them both. The owner claims to given us the only key of the house. Not sure about that! Aside from that i lost my mobile charger. And when I asked about it from the owner she got really aggressive. BTW she does not speak english and always answered in georgian. 4. The bed sheets although looked clean but smells. After couple of days I decided I rather stay in another property than this to enjoy my time.

location of building and interior was perfect!

had to go up and down using stairs is not my kind of thing. Also after taking shower, you need to be careful when going down. And second bed, placed at second level, can be lil but hot for sleeping.

"Great Location"

The apartment is very well located. A 2m walk to the nearest stop for the 337 bus to and from the airport. A 7 minute walk to Freedom square. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is also very spacious and has great character. The washing machine is very helpful. The heating is great, perfect for a fall or winter stay in Tbilisi.

The plumbing gives off a smell in the bathroom. The shower door leaks. Washing powder and extra rolls of toilet paper would be a nice touch.
