The location was superb for us, 3 minutes to the Dry bridge. Room was clean, shower had hot water.

The air conditioning kept turning on and off.. Also, keep in mind that the room is small, so it heats up/cools down instantly.

Fantastic location, great host, comfortable and a great price.

The bathroom was quite smelly, perhaps an air freshener or a filter would help but it smelt really bad at points.
