First night was cold, yet host replied fast and made fixes. That made the experience much better.

We stayed in these attic apartments in the heart of Tbilisi and had an incredibly positive experience! The space is spacious and cozy, with a unique interior, and the attic adds a special charm. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, cafes, and all the main attractions of the city. The owner is a very helpful and friendly man, always ready to assist with any questions. If you want to experience the atmosphere of Tbilisi while enjoying comfort, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

A very interesting experience to live under the roof. The room, though very small, is well equipped with all the facilities, including kitchen utensils.

There is a smell of mold in the bathroom. In winter, the heater should be turned on all the time: the cold outdoor air enters the room through the door and windows.

It is super cheap, well located and very comfortable. You are next to the dry bridge and you can access everything within 20 minutes walking. Il liek the fact that we were staying in a typical georgian appartment complex.
