Sandro is an exceptional host — truly one of the best we’ve ever had. His heart is genuinely in his business, and it shows in every detail. He is attentive, caring, and always available to help with anything you might need, making us feel more like family than guests. We especially appreciated the option to pay in person without any pressure. The location is excellent — close to everything, with easy access via a short walk and an elevator. The property itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with private bathrooms in each guest room, which is a rare and wonderful feature for a hostel/guesthouse. And to top it all off, the coffee was fantastic — some of the best we’ve had during our travels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

As a small note for future guests, there can occasionally be a noticeable sewage odor at times, which we’ve experienced in various parts of Europe and is not unique to this property. Additionally, having two pillows per guest instead of one would be a nice added comfort.

Pozitīva attiesme no saimnieka, daudz ieteica ko apskatīt Tbilisi, kur paēst kvalitatīvu gruzīnu ēdienus. + autostāvvietas piiejamība pie rezervācijas laicīgi brīdināt. Labs panorāmas skats no apartamentiem.

Прекрасный номер с видом на город. Есть все удобства: кухня, где можно готовить, холодильник, микроволновка и уютная зона отдыха. В номере чистое постельное белье, все убрано, аккуратно. Чистая ванная комната с душем и необходимыми принадлежностями. Очень внимательный заботливый хозяин Сандро, огромное ему спасибо.. Встретил, помог отнести чемодан, с участием интересовался моим самочувствием, которое было в этот момент не очень хорошее. Принес в номер минеральную воду. Место расположения отеля прекрасное, можно выходить и гулять во все стороны - везде есть что посмотреть. Рекомендую!

Всё великолепно. Нам разрешили ранний заезд и хозяин Сандро был очень гостеприимный. В номере всё отлично: от чистоты до комфорта и самое главное расположение удобное.

What I loved most about this stay was the owner. He is truly full of hospitality, and I was helped by him many times during my stay. Thanks to him, my memories in Georgia became even more unforgettable. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I slept very well every night. I also enjoyed the connections I made with other people in the shared space. If I ever come back to Georgia, I will definitely stay here again. 本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました！！！
