The location and the staff.

Some noise can be heard from upstairs and I’m assuming from other guests above my room but as an experienced traveler, stuff like this are no big deal, I have my earplugs and that solves the problem.

Sandro was a wonderful host and very helpfull. He took some time to help me getting settled in the city. I really appreciate it. The appartment is clean and each room has it's own toilet and shower, and AC. I really appreciated the neighborhood.

The host was very friendly & helpful. Answered all my questions promptly. The share apartment is in a good location: good eateries & cafes nearby. Pleasant room.

I could hear the guests in room above walking around their room. My room was beside kitchen - noisy guests can be a problem.

The apartment is situated in a very handy location, close to the metro station, in a trendy area with bars and various amenities. Sandro is an extremely graceful host, super helpful and accomodating. Room was quiet in the evening despite being in a main thoroughfare, with the window closed and aircon on, the place was perfectly insulated. You can use the living room and the balcony has a great view of the city. Checkout is at 12 but Sandro was so kind to let me stick around and leave the baggage since my flight is late in the evening. Overall he is very flexible

Just the property is a bit dated and tired, a little more cleaning would help, but great value for money.

Very kind and friendly host who was happy to give us advice on what to do in the area! Nice balcony to drink some tea or wine in the evenings, and a clean kitchen that had everything we needed.

Very cool and friendly host with a 3 room apartment in the heart of the more modern part of the city across the river from the historic old town. Room had ensure bathroom and comfortable for 2 with a beautiful east view. Location a few min from the metro just 1 stop away from Rustaveli and 2 stops from Liberty square. We received a warm welcome from the host with welcome drinks and he made it feel like everything is possible.
