Everything Is good and the owner is an excellent person.

The apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for comfortable staying (bed, shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, wi-fi, kitchen facilities). The location is great, the Subway is close, a lot of shops and nice cafes are around. The apartment' windows and balcony has a great view, which made a special atmosphere. Location is great, as apartment in the center, but there were no noise from the window!

The location is nice on a green and cosy avenue. The balcony in the apartment has a lovely view over the center of Tbilisi. The room is plain, but you've got everything you need. Hot shower. And Sandro is a very hospitable host, thank you for the stay! Definitely value for money.

Some facilities and furniture are a bit shabby, but not a big deal

The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. Attic windows offer views of Mtatsminda Mountain. The apartment owner and his wife are the embodiment of hospitality and friendliness. All the necessary facilities were there and were properly working. Bed, shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, wi-fi, kitchen facilities - everything is great. The location is amazing - very close to the subway and to the Fabrika. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, as well as historical buildings.

The location is great! Very central and close to metro. Wonderful hosts, very communicative and they even offer to wash clothes for you. The room had everything I needed, including a mini fridge. Great value.

You have the option of either climbing several stories or taking a sketchy elevator. Not too bad for me as I liked the exercise. Also the hairdryer they offered was very weak.

Excellent location! Sandro greeted us 6am in the morning, that was very kind of him. Thank You! Beautiful view from the balcony, great common area and other facilities. We usually stay in apartments in Tbilisi, and we did not regret choosing Sandro's place this time. This would be perfect for first time visitors, or solo travellers as you feel safe and like at home.

The rooms are nice and clean, great location close to subway, restaurants and bars, balcony, a small kitchen is available.
