Perfect Stay in Tbilisi – Highly Recommended! As a Georgian who has lived in Tbilisi for years, I knew exactly where to stay for the perfect comfort, and this place did not disappoint! The location is ideal for tourists exploring the city and for those visiting for official matters (like myself, as I came for document-related purposes), as the House of Justice is within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and feels like home. The host, Sandro, is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. His hospitality made my stay even better. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tbilisi, this is it!

Very hospitable owner! Good view. Good location. Comfortable room. Comfortable shared kitchen.

You have to use stairs to get to the room. Sometimes you might smell food from the kitchen. It was absolutely OK for me. Just keep this in mind.

What I would like to highlight without a doubt was the kindness of the hosts SANDRO and especially his son REZO who was in the house most of the time, they recommended me places to visit, eat, drink coffee and other activities. They were very kind at all times always worrying that I was comfortable and enjoying both at home and in the city. The flat is in a good area of the city as well as having great views.

I was only there to sleep and one afternoon I was with one of the hosts and a friend of his who prepared a delicious snack and we were chatting, the short time I was in the house I had a great time and everything seemed fine, no complaints at all.

The host was very accommodating and assists us in all our queries. Also the apartment was clean and comfortable. It has an amazing view and nearby a bus stop and restaurants. Overall experience was exceptional.
