Its located in a residential area, close to old town. Very close to a metro station… The lady speaks most Russian and Georgian.. English we had to use app translator But she helped me calling a taxi at 2 am which I really appreciated

The apartment needs some refurbishment..some tiles missing on the shower floor, toilet seat is broken but the flush still work.. some power sockets were taped which I got worried.. the entrance is along other houses which can be noisy during the day but at night it was very quiet

Location not very good. Bathroom was bad, a bad smell was coming all the time. Not very clean. Entrance was a rusty old gate

Very, very clean. Owner very nice. Also, neighbors kind in helping to find and let owners know I was there. Nothing I didn't like. Just would have liked a later check-out time til maybe 11 am or 12 pm only because if transferring to another place, the check-in may be 12pm or later.

For the price, this is a good deal. The location is good, close to the metro. However, finding a place was a little problematic. At the most important moment, when we were looking for where the accommodation is located, the owner stopped responding for a while, but then we managed to find it using only the location indicated in the booking.

Difficult to find location. In the messages, I would recommend the owner to send the guests a drawn map, for example, with the path from the metro. Unpleasant damp smell from the bathroom.
