Family Apartment In Avlabari

The place is really cosy and clean, with great AC, a nice kitchen & fridge, boiler, perfect WiFi connection. The shower is quite new and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is bottled water for the guests, as the tap water isn't recommended for drinking in Tbilisi. The owners are always available.

The apartment is in the family courtyard so the kids get a bit noisy in the morning if you're a late sleeper ! :)

Really lovely room, great that there's a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine

The kitchen had very limited utensils. Not the host's fault, but the cat next door kept yowling all night, every night, which made it difficult to sleep (the window had to be kept open unfortunately).

it's a nice, cozy and well located apartment, very nice host

there were webs in corners and the washing wasn't in the apartment, it was in the unit shared with others so it was rather difficult to catch it free
