The house is new and fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffè machine and a very nice TV zone with sofas and a speaker to listen to music. The place also has its own terrace which we haven't enjoyed due to the weather, but I'm sure it would be a plus in spring-summer season. Check-in and check-out procedures were fast and lean. Location is fantastic, literally 2-10 minutes walking from everything

The only problem is that the house is on a 4th floor without elevator. If you have a car, parking is not very easy in the weekend as you are in the city center but this is pretty obvious considering the central location

it was on the fifth floor and the location that is in the book is not correct, it took us a few minutes to find it and at 5-6 p.m. the house was not cleaned and why didn't they announce that it would be okay at 4 p.m. and why in 4 pasit again it is late, we accepted it, but the moment we grow up it was the cleaner and it was cleaning, it is not worth entering a terrible dirt, let alone the 5 floor stairs that never end

The house is centrally located, and there's parking nearby, which is great. Being within walking distance of everything is a huge advantage. The interior of the house is beautifully designed. Everything was available, including a coffee maker and an iron. I should also mention that the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were really pleased with this house. We were able to communicate with the owner regularly, and she was very helpful. Thank you so much for everything. See you again soon.

Die Wohnung selber ist im vierten oder fünften Stock ohne Aufzug, sehr heißes Treppenhaus, sehr steil marode Treppen. Dreckig. Gefährlich. Die Sicherheit ist nicht gewährleistet auch gegen Einbruch, oder Diebstahl. Oben angekommen ist die Wohnung hell großer Balkon und ziemlich schick eingerichtet. Die Eingangstür oben ist leicht zu knacken und dünn wie ein Blatt Papier. Von der Eingangstür unten ganz zu schweigen die nicht schließt. Badezimmer sehr klein, eher winzig. Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage. Somit kann man das Schlafzimmer nicht absperren. Keine Privatsphäre.
