The open space and the terrace are fantastic for a central apartment

The location is very good

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage-mitten im Geschehen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wir wussten, dass wir vier Treppen die Koffer hochschleppen müssen aber nicht was es für Treppen waren und das es 50 Grad im Treppenhaus waren. Der Aufstieg ist wirklich mühsam. Die Wohnung könnte auch noch sauberer sein, z.B. die Innentüren abgewaschen werden. Die Wohnungseingangstür ist auch nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend.

No lift and needs more air conditioning for bedrooms

A lovely flat in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect location to see the city. Paid parking very close by and also a grocery store. Very interesting old building, cool art on the walls as you climb the 100 steps to the apartment. Good WiFi after we restart modem.

Only negative was that the lights on the ground and first floor entry way were not working so it was very dark upon entering the building.
