Petrus Studio with balcony

Great location, close to the main attractions but still away from the noise of the city. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. We requested an early check-in, for a fee, which was great after our early morning flight. Pierre, the owner was very ommunicative.

We were very happy with our stay. The host gave us all the necessary information ahead of our arrival and communicated with us throughout our stay. The studio was clean, cosy and looked exactly as it was advertised. The location is close to the main sights, and there are plenty of great places to eat around. Even though the studio is downtown, at night it was quiet, which was important to us.

Place is at the city centre. We walk everywhere from the studio. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Amazing apartment in very central location, easiy walking distance to everything. Very comfy bed, lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Fantastic value for money - absolutely perfect stay. Pierre was also very informative and quick to respond to any messages. Will definitely stay here again!

Inviting little studio close to the center. The host changed both the check in and check out times to our favor, what was very nice from him and helped us out a lot.

It's impossible to shower without having a ton of water on the floor. It's very annoying.

The location was good, and check-in was relatively easy.

We encountered multiple large COCKROACHES, which led us to leave and find alternative accommodation. Initially, the host was apologetic and claimed that this issue hadn't occurred in the past four years (despite another review here stating otherwise). He agreed to refund the remaining nights plus the one we stayed, which seemed fair. Unfortunately, we did not receive the full amount agreed upon. This experience significantly affected our vacation, and I feel scammed. Do not waste your precious days in Greece dealing with this!
